ROCHELLE FOLLOWES
My name is Rochelle Followes and I am delighted to be a Governor Observer at Millwood Primary Special School. I have the overview from two different perspectives, firstly as a parent and secondly as a member of the Millwood staff team. Millwood school is an amazing place, from walking in to walking back out you will see it is a beautiful place full of beautiful people.
My background is having a degree in education and early years. I initially had a passion for teaching and following the birth of my son and being part of Millwood I have developed a passion for eventually pursuing a career in teaching Special Educational Needs. I am currently a mid-day supervisor at Millwood. My knowledge and interest lies in the complex health needs arena, this is where I feel I have a lot to offer the governing body.
I am very privileged to be part of the Millwood team and the governors. I hope to make a difference every day.
